These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KGS BDOC ("BDOC," "Service"), operated by Kitsune Global Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
BDOC aggregates publicly available geospatial intelligence feeds (NASA FIRMS, USGS, OpenSky, NOAA, and others) and presents them on a 3D globe. Data is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. BDOC is a situational-awareness tool and must not be the sole basis for decisions involving life safety, navigation, financial trading, or regulated activities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BDOC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid tiers (Operator, Analyst, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) use BDOC for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to overwhelm the Service or the upstream data providers with automated requests, (c) scrape or mirror the Service for commercial redistribution, (d) reverse-engineer protected tier features to bypass billing, or (e) upload community reports that are defamatory, harassing, or that infringe third-party rights.
You retain ownership of any community reports you submit. By submitting, you grant Kitsune Global Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content within the Service. We may remove any content at our discretion.
BDOC displays data from public and third-party sources. We do not own that data and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Some feeds are subject to the providers' own terms; check before relying on a feed for any regulated purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Kitsune Global Solutions LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITSUNE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
